	When Fred and Kathy Kuhman relocated to Walhalla, SC from south Florida in 1977, they realized there was only one self-storage facility in Oconee County down by Clemson. Finding a good location in West Union, Kathy and Fred put up their first building, gradually adding six more. The buildings are pre-engineered buildings constructed of 26-gauge steel on concrete slabs with 8 x 8 roll up doors with double lock positions. As a service to customers, the Kuhmans sell secure round disc locks at cost. Units may be rented month-to-month, no lease is required and rental can start on the 1st or 15th of the month. Kathy and Fred have been in this business for almost 30 years and are happy to help you find the size unit that will work best for your storage needs
